We’re still reeling from Beyoncé‘s incredible hair transformation, and it seems like everyonehas something to say about the star’s sassy new blond pixie cut.

Most notably, her trusted hair stylist Kim Kimble, who has worked her magic on the singer’s tresses for years (except when she is on tour), told us she was just as surprised as everyone else.

“I did not expect it, but I think it is a great shock,” Kimble tells E! News. “It’s amazing that she made a change. It shows a lot of confidence. It’s powerful that you won’t let one thing define you.”
